Country to Rock to Sold out shows!

In 2017, Taylor Acorn released her first Album “Put it in a Song” as a country album. A few years later, in 2021, Taylor released her second album Stay Emo, Pt. 1. The second album was all acoustic songs that she covered from Paramore, Mayday Parade, My Chemical Romance, and The Maine.  This album also released a song that was written by Taylor Acorn. In September of 2023, Taylor released her third and most recent album, Certified Depressant. This album included songs that made Taylors career boom.

TikTok Star

Taylor Acorn is a girl from Tennessee that started sharing her music on one of the most viewed social media platforms, TikTok where she made her first post in November of 2020. Since then, she has gained 931 thousand followers. In May of 2022, Taylor released her first clip of one of her most popular songs, Shapeshifting. Shortly after, Taylor Acorn announced that she was performing with Real Friends and With Confidence co-headlining tour. Now, Taylor is headlining her own tour with sold out shows in The United States and Australia.

Where could you have seen her? 

Taylor has performed at Emo Night Brooklyn in 2022 which has allowed her name to reach a whole new audience. Also, Taylor Acorn recently released a new song, Coma that features Cassadee Pope. Cassadee Pope was a lead singer of a band Hey Monday that was a popular rock band along with being a solo singer of country music.  With the collaboration of Taylor Acorn and Cassadee Pope, it allowed a new audience to learn about Taylor Acorn and give her the option to grow.

Detroit's own Metal Band

  We Came As Romans is a local Detroit based metal band since 2005. This band went from playing in the garage bands to selling out shows across the world. They have performed at many festivals such as Vans Warped Tour, Slam Dunk, Rockville, Louder Than Life and so many more! While Covid-19 had a large impact on everyone's lives, in April of 2021 they performed on The Barricade live stream. At that time, there were still no concerts due to the pandemic, but they were still able to perform for their fans in a different way. Prior to We Came as Romans, they were known as a band called “The Emergency” but a year after the band was formed, they chose a different name. The band members are vocalist Dave Stephens, guitarist Lou Cotton, guitarist Joshua Moore, basses Andy Glass and drummer David Puckett.
